TTOne not recognized by Home??

I can not get TTHome to recognize my One now for some unknown reason. I tried every way I can think of...started Home then plugged in the One and started it and vice versa...restarted PC and reset everything. Help!

Try disconnecting everything and then do this...

Have a freshly booted computer

Plug your turned off One into the dock
Plug in USB
Turn on the ONE

Does the Windows (assuming you are using this) see the ONE? If so have it open file folder so you can read contents...this tells you that it IS talking to the computer.

If this is working then attempt to start the HOME program..btw what version you running It is 1.5 build 106 right now...I think

Do you see any activity on the ONE when you are doing this?

Try these steps...see if that works.....

In addition, if you find that you see the ONE is conneted to your computer (verify by opening my computer and see if you have a removable drive called TomTom) open HOME and go into Device>Change device. You should see an option for the ONE. Choose that and hopefully that should fix it.
