Hi All
I have TT XL340S and about to get TT Via1405 today ..
I understand that i need to register new one with new account ..and
How do i use TT home ...?
Would it recognize my new one ..for lifetime map ..?

You use MyTomTom (get it at tomtom.com/getstarted) NOT Home 2 with the new device.

Yes, use a different user_id/password when you register the new device.

You need to activate the lifetime maps code for the new device. In theory, you should be able to do it online but call CS at 866-486-6866 and let them activate at their end.
