TT and t-mobile wing

ok so i completed the wizard on TT for bluetoothing my phone (T-mobile HTC Wing Open Touch 4.0 Vista) and finishes with congrats ... and now what exactly does it do, i cannot do anything on my phone with google,live, or yahoo with gps am i doing something wrong? or is this ONLY for services?
