Hvorfor bliver min HTC 100 ophedet? Er der fare for at batteriet tager skade? Nu er jeg begyndt at bruge GoogleMaps.

mvh

Din HTC kan bruges til flere TomTom-funktioner (navigationsapp, PND-forbindelse, ???). Hvilken funktion bruger du?

Fernando,

This is an English language peer-to-peer forum where users are concerned with TomTom hardware and software.

Maybe you can get some help here

Sorry I did not pay attention to that.
The problem is that my HTC One get overheated when I use TomTom Go? Is there a danger that the battery will be damaged? Now I've started using GoogleMaps.

Fernando

I do not have an answer for you for your HTC hardware.
I used to use a HTC Desire 510 with TomTom Mobile GO and Live Traffic but never went on a drive for over an hour at a time.
Maybe you can Google for a HTC support group that may have answers for you.

Good luck.

Anything that leaves the screen on all the time will cause the phone to run hotter than normal .. Google Maps included. In fact, there should be no real difference in the heat generated using one app over the other apart from the fact that if you are receiving Live traffic once per minute via the cell connection, it would be a tiny bit hotter (probably imperceptible) due to that.

Does your HTC have a mechanism for reporting internal temperature? That would be the only sure way to know if specs are being pushed or exceeded.
