Treo and Tomtom Home

Hi,
I have treo 755p with tomtom. For some reason Tomtom home does not recognize it. Any suggestions?

I'm not sure but I think TT Home is for PNA devices only (ie Go, XL One series). To add or remove maps or other TT related isues, you'll have to use the software included in the TT CD's, which should have been included when you purchased your Treo. That was how I was doing it when I had my Qtek S100 three years ago.

TomTom Home v2 does not recognize the Palm version. If you go to their website, you can download TomTom Home v1, which does.

You cannot just hook up the Treo to its USB connector, however. Hook up the SD card to a SD card reader connected to the computer to have it recognize it.

Which version of Tomtom Home are you using? As far as I can tell, only version 1.3 and 1.5 support the SD cards(because the devices connect via USB and identify themselves when plugged in).

In Tomtom home 1.3 or 1.5, you can click on "Device" at the top, then change device to select the SD card(if you have it plugged in via a card reader).
