Trafic service unavailable

My Go Comfort do connect with bluetooth, I can connect with wifi, even with the app. But the trafic even if the service is available for us until 2029, say it say Service unavailable. I saw some say to reset the device, but I don't want to loose my place.

If you have connected your GPS to your Mydrive account, you must find your routes after resetting the device;

We may have a bit of a translation problem here.

Can you clarify what you mean by "loose my place"? What content are you concerned about losing? And there are a couple of different types of 'resets'. The 'factory' reset will indeed wipe personal information like favorites, POIs and routes from your device, but if you've got them sync'd to the TomTom server, you'll see them reappear after the reset when the server sees you don't have them on your device.
