Trafic from my drive

All recent models, once they are connected to my drive, do they have current trafic?

I am asking, because relative got a G52. While it's wifi, after update it suddenly was shoing all the trafic. Is it just that model or all new one.

The newer 520 and 620 get their traffic over a smartphone connected to the device using Bluetooth.

I could be all wet, but ...

The new GO 52 should operate from either BT or WiFi "hot spot" connections to the phone for traffic (and WiFi for map and firmware updates, too). BT would require having MyDrive on the phone, but WiFi does not.

My GO 53 has cloud capability without resorting to the MyDrive app. Direct WiFi traffic access. Think it's the same for the GO 52 and it's WiFi abilities.
