TomTom520 music question

Hi all,

I have put some mp3 files on my TomTom and am playing them back in the car using the FM transmitter. I'm not getting any interference but hte playback isn't great?

When converting my files to mp3 I selected 128kb/s. Should this be good enough or could this be the problem?

I haven't tried using this but there is apparently a very good free audio utility called Audacity (google for it) that apparently allows for improving audio files. That may assist....
