tom tom app starts playing music randomly

When I use tom tom on iphone, it starts playing music randomly, without me pushing the button to play music. When I push the pause button, after a few minutes it starts playing again.

This is very annoying. Is there a way to disable music altogether ?

I still do want to hear the navigation voice however.
