Tom Tom start20. Mapping problem

hi

Apologies if this has been asked before - new here and didn't really look around too hard before posting. I have a start 20; purchased an 8 GB memory card that is recognised by my device
I paid for and downloaded a France Map tonight , it seems to be on the memory card (as Ton Tom connect tells me there is 750 me of data on the card) but I can't seem to access the map. Any clues?

If I recall your menu correctly,

Press screen
Settings
Two right arrows
Switch map

Tried that only says I have my uk and Ireland map. Nothing else ...:-(

All done. I downloaded the map again and it downloaded onto my device - had enough memory on the TomTom so didn't use the memory card. The 'switch map' function worked great .....

Last question - would any more maps I download automatically go across to the card now my internal memory is full??

MyDriveConnect will install a map where it 'sees' enough space, internal or card.
