I do not believe that any of the XL IQRoutes or XL Live IQRoutes models in the UK version support thaat feature. It's easy enough to check. If you have access to one, or already own it, see if you can select one of the "computer" voices like "Susan".

Any chance you could still swap it (and some extra cash) out for a GO 550 Live?

We have had TTS running on an XL IQ in the UK but the files involved attracted a little too much interest from certain company legal experts so they were withdrawn from circulation, in addition running TTS on these devices did lead to lockups and crashes as the device wasn't quite a stable as it should have been - Mike
