I'm confused by your answer, dhn. Why wouldn't his Live traffic work outside the UK (e.g., France or Germany)? That data is acquired by the user's cell phone.

To the OP:
Since your GO Basic uses your cell phone to get the traffic data, there's no reason it won't work outside of the UK providing your cell phone has a data plan that works outside of the UK.
