TomTom Traffic

Hi there,

I own a Sony XNV-660BT TomTom system installed in my dash. This might be a silly question, but are there any Live Traffic services for this device? I live in southern Ontario, Canada. I notice there is now Traffic services in Canada for the "GO" units, but is there for a device like mine?

If so, where can I get it?

No, no live services for that model.

LIVE services are available for the European versions only, which would be the XNV-L66BT.

We've mentioned to TomTom time and again that we would VERY much like to see an in-dash Live model in North America, but nothing has ever come of it.

Presuming the Sony is a Nav3 based model, the car manufacturers may not have wanted to get involved in the mess with service non availability once crossing borders.
In my opinion, Nav4 versions are not quite ready for prime time but that eventually will be the way to go.
