I sent an email to TomTom support. The TomTom website says I will get a reply in 2 business days.
I received my reply in 10 days!!!!!
Why does TomTom fool customers with it's message?
I then tried to phone TomTom support. I waited on the phone for 40 minutes!
It does not matter how good the product is if you cannot get support.
If I knew I would experience this kind of service, I would not buy a TomTom product!
At least TomTom should tell the truth by telling the truth on the web site.
