TomTom One XL - green Light, Repair Tutorial

Looked like Phase I was the too often fried D1 diode? We've seen a few of those here over time. What manufacturer and part number are you using for a replacement in your shop?

And that Phase II was the regulator chip. Same question on that one.. manufacturer and part number?
 
FWIW, I agree on using the 5.1V zener. I've seen some recommend a 5.6V, but I've never understood why.
