No Green light!! TomTom XL

Hi All,
My TomTomone XL works fine after fitting a new battery, but once it ran down it will not charge up!
I have no green light, so could someone please give me a clue as to what has gone wrong & how easy is it to fix?

Hi and welcome to TTF! Several ideas:

1. Try another power source for charging - e.g. change to another USB port on your computer, or, use your portable mobile power cable instead of a USB hookup.

2. Try a pin reset (with the power cable connected should be fine).

3. Is it possible you have a defective replacement battery?

4. If none of the above apply, it is likely that the USB connection to your TomTom may be defective.
