TomTom one not booting

Hi,
I recently updated my ONE to version 7.903 but it wont boot up, just hangs on the tomtom logo.
I can fix this by rolling back to previous version 6.5, however I need 7.903 in order to use a map ive just bought.

Have tried everything support have told me, still no luck

Any ideas? Am on the verge of buying a new one!!

Have you tried uninstalling 7.9 and reinstalling the same firmware?
