Hello. Please help with TT FleetBoard. I downloaded the package to update the website (https://www.fleetboard.pl/aktualizacja-map/#/) because the device does not start. when you try to recover it, the moment from the photo comes up and that's it, it turns off.

And the second problem with the Weebfleat TT device. lost maps during update, there was no internet connection. Now when I try to update it shows the message "The package cannot be installed in the current build File name: /data/ttcontent/common/to_install/system update-18.452.92e09eb.0001.132-system-update_18.452.92e09eb 0001.132_all.ttpkg-system-update"

will you help?

Thank you, I'm waiting for the expert's advice.
Give me an opportunity to inspect the content of the Mercedes file download first. I need to see how close it is to the 'standard' Bridge device update files. Each company that uses this system can create their own update packages with somewhat different content, so I'll want to understand first any differences here. Once I have seen the content, I will come back with some questions for you.

That said, your screen shot provides an interesting clue already. I've never seen something called reset.img before in an update package, only rescue.img

Give me 24 hours to investigate, please.

Also, do you have any kind of account with Mercedes for your DispoPilot system?

Just a quick observation while I work with this. The map content of the file that Mercedes provides for download dates back to February 2022. Pretty poor update.

Yes, the maps from the Mercedes website are quite old, unfortunately. I don't have an account, but you can download the update without an account.

In your original post, you say "when you try to recover it", can you please describe what is prompting you to perform a recovery, and what you are trying to do to accomplish this?
Typically, the device will attempt a recovery on its own during a second failed boot, using the rescue.img file on the uSD card to do so.

I should ask ...
You DID extract the zip file you received to the root of the uSD card, yes?

Where can the file "reset.img" be downloaded from???

There's the rub. It should already be resident on the device. It's a previous version of code that the device can use in the event that the current version of code somehow becomes corrupted.
You're going to have to deal directly with Fleetboard/Webfleet, I'm afraid. Somehow, the new code expects a different filename than the old code supplied.

There is a rescue.img file in the update package, but my system is looking for a reset.img file. I renamed it but it gives wrong file :)

Yes, I understand. The code on your device is looking for a different filename. That's why it will be necessary to talk to the distributor of the code that is asking about the rescue.img file.
