TomTom Go app subscription issues

TomTom Go Navigation on Samsung S22
Hi all, just looking for some advice. I've had TomTom Go installed on my phone for years and renewed my subscription in Sept 2023. Went to use the app last week and it said my subscription had expired. Couldn't get beyond the expiry screen. Tried again around a hour later, all fine and working normally showing active subscription. This fault is now re-occurring all the time. Works for a while, even let me add map updates and new maps, then tells me the subscription has expired. Anyone experienced this as TomTom customer service is useless. Thanks

The subscription expired message may appear when you have multiple Google accounts.
You must therefore log in with the account that allowed you to purchase the application.

Normally subscriptions are renewed automatically so you should not have any interruption in service.


Logical that Tomtom does not respond to your messages, it is Google or Apple depending on your phone which manages the subscriptions
so if there is any problem, contact Google or Apple.
 
As @Willy875 already explained this is usually related to multiple Google accounts. Hopefully this article helps:
