TomTom 6200 - Set Vehicle Parameters

Dear All

I have been using the 6200 device in my car and now want to use it in a truck. When I checked to change the "My Vehicle" settings, I found that there is no such option available. I tried resetting the device to see if the vehicle type selection menu shows up after selecting Language and Country - it does not!

Is there anyway to include truck profiles in the device?

If it is not a professional GO 6200, you cannot modify the profile of the truck in the device.

Can you give the first 2 letters of the serial number of the device.

If you have a professional GO 6200, you have not downloaded the correct truck map.

Thanks @Willy875 - The first 2 letters of the serial number are “ZA”. This is a Tomtom Go 6200. Will I be able to download truck maps on this?

If it is not a professional GO, you cannot install a truck map.
