So I haven't used my gps in a couple weeks, and now i can't get a signal at all. Support didn't help. I've tried restarting, resetting factory settings, going out into the open on a clear day, charging for a couple hours, standing on my head and clapping 3 times...

any suggestions?

I've been having the same problem since yesterday afternoon. I keep mine with me in a work vehicle with no 12V plug so I have to keep the GPS turned off except when I need it to perserve the battery life. It sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to acquire a signal after turning it on. By that time I've had to pull out my map thus defeating the purpose of GPS.

This has happened with clear blue skies with wide open cotton fields on all sides. Yes, I have downloaded the QuickGPSfix.

Wish I could help, but the only idea I had was the QuickGPSfix. When I retro'd mine and replaced 8.014 with 8.010, I initially had similar problems. But, one time I went into TT Home, Add Maps, Traffic, Voices etc, then Items on my Computer and saw the QuickGPSfix Data, and clicked "add". I don't know if somehow I'd knocked it off my 125 or what, but after I did that, I've had no issues getting a satellite signal. Very fast acquisition for me.
