TOM TOM ONE PRO XL - Can the unit speak the street name?

I just received a TOM TOM One Pro XL

It speaks instructions like

Turn left in 250 meters

but can it actually say

Turn left in 250 meters on XYZ Street?

Sorry my bad naming - the device is actually a TomTom ONE XL with Software update (version 7.XX)

Can this device be upgraded to the "S" model?

This is a brand new device sold in New Zealand and there is no "S" model sold here.
