What exactly did you 'up load' from your home WiFi? Or did you mean update? What was it, in either case?
I assume you are trying to configure your vehicle's specifications?
In settings, is there no icon labeled "My Vehicle"?

i just turned it on and set up wifi and down loaded update i think... but NOTHING on there saying for a HGV .
im thinking now is it a HGV satnav? The model is a ZA236701291 , it coming up with GO pro 6200.
if it was a HGV sat nav wouldn't it have auto uploaded for a HGV ?

Indeed.
Apart from the option for vehicle configuration and the routing that this creates in the 'truck' map, you can't tell them apart, and a couple can start with ZA, including the NON-truck version of the same unit.

Need to know what your menu looks like where asked, daiboy -- then we'll know something.

Did you managed to find the solution? I have the same problem on my Tom tom Go 620 Pro wi-fi
