Tom Tom HOME

Today I bought a Tom Tom 125 and i cant get HOME to download properly It starts to download and then give me the error message: C:\ProgramFiles\Tomtomhome2\xulrunner\homeruntime.exe. Any ideas?

I bought a new tomtom today also and I can't download tomtom home. Any help would be appreciated.
