T (Traffic) model

I have a question regarding the T (Traffic) model. Is this model hardcoded with the Traffic feature? Can I use the USB car charger (with the Traffic antenna) on another similar model TomTom GPS and turn that into a T (Traffic) model? Thanks.

Assuming you mean this model:
USB LT Traffic Receiver - Accessories - TomTom

notice the compatibility listing on the info sheet. The device is interchangeable between any of the models listed.
