system on tom tom ?

hi just logged onto the forum . tried ringing tom tom but as usual no one answers the phone!
i have a nolan n140 intercom brand new and it does not recognize my tom tom , spoke to nolan and they need to know what system my tom tom is using i have looked but cannot find this in my tom tom can you help

I'm assuming this is a Bluetooth device for your N20 bike helmet? The TomTom uses A2DP Bluetooth profile for audio comms.

the helmet is the n104.
and intercomm n comm b4, not that it should matter as i think the info you gave me will be ok , once again many thanks
