Superior or Not

Hi All,
I have what I thought was a Go Superior which I bought about a month ago, as my previous TomTom had no ULEZ information on it.
However after registering it with TomTom it shows on their website that it’s the Exclusive version.

Why is this, I wonder

What's the first two characters of the serial number? If you're depending upon the MyDrive Connect app, be aware that it doesn't always do the best job of distinguishing models properly. These models are VERY similar.

Serials B3/B4 are Superior. Serials ZU/ZV/ZW/YA/YB/YC are the Exclusive.
