Street Names "Hitching"

I have a TT 720. I recently upgraded to 8.30 and 815 map. I have noticed that I am sometimes getting a "hitching" or delays when my computer voices pronounce street names. I am not talking about the occasional mispronunciation of a name. This is more like the words being broken up by some kind of jumpy delay. It only occurs when speaking a street name; never in a turn instruction. Any help appreciated.
