Go 6200 pro no street names

Hi folks looking for some help/advice. I am a hgv driver and have recently purchased a 6200 professional and while driving in 3d mode all street names disappear on the map and this is a great inconvenience. I've tried to use the support page on the actual tomtom site and I've had nothing back. Is this how the 6200 is or is it something wrong I am doing because for £350 I'd expect to my satnav to be able to show street names as a hgv driver buying a hgv sat nav I'd expect to be able to see street names as this is very important in my line of work very disappointed if it is. As I've never had this issue with any other devices over the years
