Hello Tomtoms...I have been downloading a new splash screen from
the TOmTom Home software but the new screen just comes up white...
any ideas?

are you sure your downloading the correct size image for your TomTom's screen size ?

The pics do not mention their size..might have to keep on choosing till

ok, i've tried using that link myself, and nothing happens. apparently the file uploads to somewhere, but the script doesn't do anything

gave up on Preview.app making the file proper, and used the GIMP. 24bit was the problem, all is well now. I'll just be sorting through 24,000 photos (iPhoto rocks sometimes) to find the perfect splash now...

I just tried it and it worked just fine for me. As soon as I hit "upload" it brings me to another page, and immediately asks me if I want to download the picture file. I then choose whatever location on my PC I want and... that's it..
