Speaker Not Working

Today my Go 720's sound/speaker just stopped working. I checked the volume and voice settings, but just can't figure out what is wrong.
Also when I plug into my Mac it updates firmware but not the other updates like parking, stores, etc...
It starts but then it always shows these updates as not downloaded.

Have you tried RESETTING the unit - press the reset button at the bottom???
