sound not being heard through tomtom

Does any one have problems playing music in there tomtom. Some times i can play music no problem other times i don't know why i cant play music. I checked my sound preferences and i have it on internal speaker sometimes it wont play then when i play it through the stereo and its on the radio station.

Haven't seen that as a problem, but be sure you've noted that you can independently configure a) the directional information and b) the music to be separately sent to internal/wire/BT/FM. If you want both sent to FM, be sure both are selected to be sent to FM.
