screen cleaning packet

Just received a GO Premium X. A packet contains an alcohol-base pad, a cleaning cloth, a blue, oblong adhesive label, and a white credit card-sized, plastic card. The first two are obvious, but why the last two?

Hadn't seen that kit before, but if the 'credit card' is really thin, it may be expected to be used to clean any crud out from between the glass and the bezel. For prior generations, we used to recommend that.
However, as these are capacitive screens on the Premium X, they're not prone to 'phantom button presses' due to crud under the bezel the way the older resistive screens were. Other than that, no idea!
