Road closures not updating on TomTom?

I have had three instances this week of TomTom not showing road closures.
Monday 1st April, A40 Carmarthen both ways for 7 hours
Today 4th April, M25 Godstone anticlockwise
Today 4th April, minor road in West Quantoxhead
Both motorway closures showed up on Google maps. I can ( sort of) forgive the minor road but not the motorways
Anyone else had this?

Have you checked the Mydrive app to see if there are any motorway closures to report?

Not familiar with MyDrive. For the A40
issue we were getting delays reported but not
closure which was odd - and the delays were changing in duration ( 5-10 mins) so appeared to be connecting to live reports. We were towing a caravan so not so easy to divert on the little roads around . . . I was not on the road for the M25 ( husband reporting in!) so not so clear on the details for that one.

I have cancelled my yearly subscription for the Navigation App on my phone, as there hasn’t been any significant upgrades. It doesn’t even show where the Clean Air Zones are on it.

If I understood your message correctly if there are delays to report Tomtom is not going to close the road
if moreover for 5 or 10 minutes of delay Tomtom will not offer you a new route which can make you travel additional kilometers.

I've had it both ways not on Google and visa versa. Generally it's been ok. I'm just in 2 minds this summer if I'm going to renew my subscription, I'm not always a fan of Google maps traffic so I may just use amigo, but Google maps wins hands down for searching for places,, something which TomTom sucks at generally

What happened to the clean air zones because I'm sure my tomtom go app did show the Bradford one when I travelled up to my sister's, although I wonder if they have existed that because cars aren't part of it, just lorries. But I can't see the London ones either?
