Scenic Segments and TomTom RoadTrips

I'm planning to drive Skyline Drive/Blue Ridge Parkway and really like that both are already mapped. But how do I add that route to mine, or, for that matter, my GO620?

If I'm understanding your question correctly ...
Select the scenic route of interest by clicking somewhere on it on the map. Then in the upper left, select "Copy to My Routes". That will add it to your list of personal routes that will transfer to your device.

If you are trying to add it to an existing route, you'd need to click on that GPX button instead to download the scenic route, and find a 3rd party tool that would let you build routes, adding the one of interest to whatever you already had planned. Then you'd use the planner to upload the combined route.
