Bus Excepted roads

How can I force TomTom to go into Bus routes. When designing a route using TomTom maps, TomTom does not accept to go into bus excepted roads either in route planner or in TomTom navigation Go 6200 Trucks/buses?

In my opinion if you add a waypoint to your route the GPS should take you through that point.

This is not true. If I use route planner and put way point on buses excepted road, both planner and GPS will not accept it and will use roads around it.

Maybe a silly question but have you got it set for bus rather than truck or car?
