Bus mode

Hi

Been using my TomTom truck pro for a couple of weeks now. I’ve put the dimensions of my coach in it however I’ve noticed it doesn’t recognise I can go in bus lanes and diverts me away from them. Plus it sometimes tries to take me down side roads that don’t look big enough and not keep me on direct main roads which I know are the fastest way!

Can you confirm your route setting options appear as follows, and then confirm which you have selected?

Yes it looks like that. I selected bus
