Rider q2scala rider

Hi to all new to site have been a rider V2 owner for a couple of years and had reason to send it back for repair.Eventually got it back after 6 wks albiet with the wrong memory card but after getting a new one from Tomtom found I couldnt connect to my scala rider , due to previous problems with it decided to buy a scala rider q2 but couldnt connect that as well tried the recommendations on this site but all to no avail. Emailed tomtom and they suggested

TomTom, portable GPS car navigation systems - Support home - Select your product
Well have just finished and behold it worked . Regards John
