Rider 5xx - Waypoint announcement

Have had a Rider 410 for several years & it has served me well for many 10k's miles
Unfortunately, the power button rubber gave up the ghost, leaked some rain water under the display, then finally disintegrated.

What I would like to know is if on the newer Rider 500 series waypoints can be made to announce the name of the waypoint (or POI) as it is approached/passed?

Thanks for the reply even though it is not the answer I was hoping for
Could find no mention of waypoints being announced anywhere so suspected this might be the case.

It is a sat nav feature I have wanted for a long time, so it looks like I may have to take a look at the Dark Side (Garmin)
I believe the Zumo XT has this capability.

I have recently moved to the Zumo XT and you can have announcing and non announcing waypoints, announcing the name you have chosen. Both the Zumo and the Tomtom have their good and bad points you just have to choose what is right for you.

Would I be correct in assuming that with the Zumo XT, the announced points would be the waypoint/via points & the non-announced would be shaping points?
