Hi, I'm after the rubber cover for the on/off power switch for a Rider 400. Mines cracked, the Tomtom support number is disconnected and the chat bot is hopeless.

Assistant goes into a loop if a physical repair is anything other than a cracked screen. The support number in Australia is disconnected, looks like I’ll be spreading silastic over the recess

Mine did the same thing so I used some bicycle tube and super glue to make a patch. The repair is still fine after 3yrs. I am pretty sure you are wasting your time looking for replacement parts.
