Remote Problem GRRRRR

Hi I wonder if anyone can help me.
I've got the TT Go 930T and never had a days problem with it, it's been great. I've always kept it up to date and never had a problem with software either. One day I turned it on and when I put a route in with my remote witch is normally the only way I use my TT, I had an error message pop up in red on the top right hand side of the screen. The TT and remote still worked fine and it wasn't a problem at all. so I thought when a get 5 mins I'll reset the TT and see if that worked in removing the error message.
When I reset the TT from that moment on the remote will not connect at all, I've tried everything. restoring it on my computer, new battery's everything but is still don't work.
I don't think its the remote broken as it worked fine till I rest it. So please can anyone help me with this as its driving me nuts

What happens if you hold the centre button down for 10-15 seconds??

Just given that a go and nothing, just have the blue light flashing away

At last, thanks so much for that. i done the reset factory settings and its now worked.
