Red light icon comes on but selected warning doesn't

OH WELL I guess no on out there can answer the simple above question : IF THE RED LIGHT AND OTHER WARNING CAMERAS SHOW UP ON MY MAP AS I DRIVE, WHY DOESN'T THE ALERT I SELECTED SOUND????? Thanks for no answer. I appreciate anything to help!

When you go to tomtom services and then click onto tomtom safety cameras, go to change warning preferences. Then go to all. Then click of not to remove warnings. Click on the seconds when you want to be warned. Finally click on a warning sound and finally done. Did not know if you tried this but good luck
