Red Light Camera Warning Sound?

On my TT 720, when I go near an intersection with a Red Light Camera, a red circle appears on the upper left corner of my screen. Is there a way where an audible warning can be heard as well? If I'm paying attention to the road and not on the screen, this valuable warning can easily be missed.

1st make sure u enable a computer voice: Dave or Susan
Go to the preference menu and locate 'Manage POI'
Select 'Warn When near POI'
Select your Red Light Camera POI
Choose the distance for the warning
Choose 'type in your own warning'
Manually type in a warning. I like "Approaching Red Light Camera'.

BTW, what is the image of your red light camera? A red circle?
If so, I can send you the icon I use.

Hi Predro

Thanks for the info. Here's the funny thing. I didn't install any Red Light Camera POI. My TT720 is stock, when it comes to safety things. I think it's part of the original software. I get a red circle on the upper left corner of the screen when I near a red light camera.

Now...I went ahead and downloaded the Red Light Camera POI as listed on the POI section of this forum. And that works with audible warning and everything. I have a red camera as an icon.

I guess I'm just curious as to what that red circle on the upper left corner is...really.

What country do you live in? I live in the USA, and don't seem to have this option.

The US. Which option don't you have? First, you need to have a Red Light Camera POI.
You can find free ones on the net or you can purchase them from other websites.
