rebooting issue

i have a tomtom xxl and had to completely install all my applications, i,ve done the first updates and it rebooted reconnected to the pc and installed the second lot of updates pressed done and waited for it to reboot again but it has stuck on the tomtom logo screen. can anyone advise me please?

Try a drum reset by holding the power button about 15 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.
