GO 61 continuous rebooting even after forced reset.

Hi All that can help! I was hoping anyone knows how to use a command prompt to force reset my TOMTOM?
They place I bought it from told me they will take it for two weeks and i know that means alot longer since Christmas is coming up.
I have tried removing maps and putting different ones tried anything I found online except a forced command prompt.

The user doesn't have access to the file system on that model or any newer models so no command prompt functionality.
