Any one had this problem. .updated tomtom via 135 few weeks ago .. rds traffic receiver stopped working just is searching for signal.. tomtom no help .. changed receiver still same

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. What do you mean that Tomtom is no help? What did they say?

I've done that reset and full unit reset still says conected and just searching ... tomtom tech say check instructions to set up ... I've used tmc on tomtoms for about 8 years never had this problem .. this unit 18 months old was working fine till I did map update
