How do I get the POI's that I have selected to appear in the navigation map when a route is in procress? I have exchanged e-mails with tech support and they say it is possible, but it is not happening.
 
What are the steps you're taking?

You should go to your peference and select enable/disable POIs. check the appropiate POI.
