POI Notifications.

Hello.

Just got the TT720 and have a question about POI notifications. I loaded the red-light cameras POI and set it to be notified 300 yards. I also set to notify only when on rout. However that does not work. When I uncheck the "Notify only when on rout" I get the notifications, but I get them when they are in the area 300 yards away. Has anyone experienced the same issue?

I am afraid you are correct on your assessment. I have never used the redlight camera pois but have used the school proximity warning (bad lead foot problem) and have found it of no use since it goes off all the time even though the school is not on the route that I am travelling. There are a lot of cool items available in tomtom eg. Show max speed etc. that sound cool but either don't work or are flakey at best. It kind of sucks sometimes
