Pay for speed camera updated but don’t get them

I have 2 tomtom sat navs and I paid for a yearly subscription in December 2020 and everytime I log onto the website it says that the it is out of date.
this is the 4th time this has happened twice for both satnavs is this a common problem with tomtom or should I be looking for a more reliable satnav compan.

4 times is not good enough and if I was asked what satnav I would recommend I would say anything but tomtom

I just find it strange that it has happened 4 times and was wondering if it was a common occurrence

I have the same problem. I got through to customer support (hah!) after a fortnight of failed attempts. They admitted that MyDrive Connect wouldn't connect because it is FUBAR. They are working on a fix but no date for release yet. My take on it all is that the previous owner sacked half the staff to make the EBIT look better to get a higher price when he sold it. Bridgestone have bought a pig in a poke and they are struggling with what to do to fix it. Fortunately I have alternatives.
