UK True PAYG Tariff for Traffic Data

Hi,

I have an iPhone 4 which is great for everything except Bluetooth. I have a spare phone (SE K750i) that I want to use to link to my TomTom via Bluetooth purely for receiving traffic data. The trouble is that PAYG SIMs (certainly from O2) don't allow you to download the data.
Does anyone know of a true PAYG tariff (i.e. one you don't have to top up with a monthly minimum) that allows you to do this?

I thought it might work, (well in truth I knew it would, T-Mobile is one of only a few network providers that actually work with the TomTom services using PAYG in the UK) - Mike

Does any one know the settings for t mobile payg
Trying to set up an old nokia 6230 on tmobile with a TT930 gets to 65% and says unable to set up wireless connection
